Mad Hatter Tea Party: Five Minute Party Skirts

Today I’m making cute little ruffle skirts for my girls to wear at the party.  I made two of these in under 15 minutes!  This tutorial has been kicking around the net for a while, here are two that I referred to make these fun, fast skirts.  You can find one here - http://www.makeit-loveit.com/2011/05/ruffle-skirt-and-ruffles-on-shirt.html and another here - http://rufflefabric.blogspot.com/2011/04/color-block-ruffle-fabric-option.html

Since this fabric is a little see-through I’ll have the girls wear leggings underneath them.  So cute!
