Cupcake wraps:
To Assemble the cupcake wrappers you will need:
Scissors
scalloped scissors (optional)
tape or glue gun
Steps:
Print up the purchased pdf (preferably on card stock)
Cut out the cupcake wrapper
Trim top with scalloped scissors
Measure against cupcake
tape or glue overlapped ends together.
