I love gatherings for the holidays.  I love the company, the warmth and the food.  I confess I love appetizers.  Wow I love this appetizer recipe for Summer Sausage Sriracha Stars! The Johnsonville Summer sausage is full of flavor is the star ingredient of the appetizer. 1 Johnsonville Summer Sausage (original – diced)

1/2 c green bell pepper (diced)

1/2  c red bell pepper (diced)

1/2 c mushroom ( diced)

wonton wraps

Sauce:

1/3 c Colby jack cheese

1/3 c sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 c mustard

1 tsp sriracha sauce (can eliminate to cut heat)

Add the meat mixture to the sauce and mix well.
