Not to tute my own horn, but I am really proud of this pattern! Useful and fun, the Sleeping Bag pack is perfect for summer day camps, overnights at grandma’s house and road trips! The name explains it all. The sleeping bag and back pack are one. Operating under the same idea of a quillow or magic blanket, the back pack unfolds to turn into a sleeping bag. I confess that I am not a super outgoing person. I know me, with a YouTube channel..shy? I have a hard time stepping out from behind my computer and interacting with people. It’s outside of my comfort zone. Plus I have the unfortunate habit of looking stern or frowning when I am thinking, which can be off putting to people. A few years ago I came across this little poem and it really spoke to me:

“They might not need me; but they might.
I’ll let my head be just in sight;
A smile as small as mine might be
Precisely their necessity.”

I think it spoke to my more quiet nature. I like to give people their space ( maybe sometimes too much) but it reminds me to smile give comfort when I can and sometimes remembering to smile can go a long ways.
