Do I have to use lime?

You can switch out the lime juice to Lemon if that what you have available – just be aware that it will change the taste slightly.

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Fresh Watermelon
  • 3 Tbl Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbl Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Combine watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender.
  • Pulse a few times before moving to a full blend until a smooth puree consistency is achieved.
  • Pour into popsicle mold. Add sticks
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight before removing from molds.
