I have yet another pumpkin recipe for you….The other day I pointed out to my Darling Husband that this was the third pumpkin recipe I was posting in a month and that we might want to get away from the pumpkin for a while. He looked mortally offended that should suggest such a thing and then said “but it’s pumpkin season”. You can see how his obsession even takes over his grocery shopping here. It’s a good thing that I like pumpkin.
He is determined to make the ultimate Pumpkin cheesecake this year so you might see yet another pumpkin post. We do eat other foods, I promise.
I do take partial blame for the muffins as I was wanting some pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and my hubby and sweet enough to oblige me. Nothing beats warm muffins on a cold Sunday Morning!
My husband used my mom’s Muffin Mix, a mix made from the Goody Mix. To see what I’m talking about you check out her site Baking Outside the Box.
