I was going to answer Janet's question and then realized it was from a few years ago, anyway it sounded like her MIL was making a fleece tie blanket because the corners were cut out.. I cut the corners out of mine and then make the fringe to tie the blankets together. I just wanted to say that I made one of your capes for a witches cape sorry not from fleece this time, It took me awhile to tape the pattern together 27 pages. but I finally did it. I am going in a witches walk on October 17th 2018 I will send pictures after the walk.... thanks again for the cape pattern.....

Just finished the car seat canopy. It looks awesome. It's exterior is black/white zebra fleece and interior is hot pink/lighter pinks of a type of chevron flannel. My first grandchild is expected any day now and she will feel all snuggly in her car seat on the way home. Thanks for the tutorial, pattern. It turned out great.

Hi Janet,
It sounds like she was going to fringe it with the square cut out of each corner. You could sew a little square in each coiner to fix it - or just fringe it yourself.
