Day Before Prep:
The day before the party I set up a table and organized everything so I woudl be ready to decorate. I also prepared the Pink Lemonade Slush.
The morning of the party:
I went out and got balloons with the girls (they loved helping with party). Then I got decorating. I strung ribbon between and the lights and across the room. I used a dollar store hula hoop to make a center chandelier montage in the middle of the room. It took a little balancing but It looked great! I then took some regular clothes pins and pinned some bows back to back along the ribbon. For the post on the paper bows click here.
Tea Pot Mobiles:
I finished assembling the mobiles by suing clear thread to tie on the teacups. I hung up the teapot mobiles and got the tables covered. Learn about how I made those and where to get the free printable here.
I hung up the birthday banner. i added a few bows on the sides to fill it out. To learn how I mad that and where to get the free printable click here.
For some extra fun I got out my collection of play tea sets and put them around. I got the food table prepped for my mom to lay out all her yummy treats that she provided. (It comes in handy to have a mom with a baking blog!) To learn how I mad the straw toppers and how to get the free printable click here.
I placed signs around the party, some at the table some outside. To learn about the signs and how to get the free printable click here.
For outside I set out a bunch of colorful dollar store windmills and set out the games for the kids to play. We had some awesome friends who lent us their bouncy castle. I also set up some outside spots for people to sit at. To see my post about game prep click here.
