Hello Fleece Fun fans! It’s such an honor to be visiting. Angel is one of my favorite bloggers and I don’t get to spend time with her nearly enough.
When Angel first contact me about her idea for SNAP! Saturday, I was really excited…Not only do I feel honored each and every time she mentions her love for Snap Conference, but I am excited because you all get to know just a few of the AMAZING women I’ve had the opportunity to meet in person!
Six years ago when I first started thinking about hosting a conference for creative entrepreneurs (mainly craft, DIY and party bloggers), I had no idea that it would grow to more than 500 annual attendees, 40+ brands and thousands of alumni.
We’ve just put our 2015 tickets on sale and I can’t wait for next year’s event. I think it’s going to be bigger and better than ever! If you’re a creative business owner, or a blogger. I hope you will join us!
Snap’s not until April, so let’s share a few fun projects to keep you busy while you’re waiting to attend (or at least enjoy the amazingly fun images from the event on Instagram).
Angel’s site is filled with a TON of amazing projects and if you have to make just ONE, you might choose her infamous fleece monster hats (they are amazing). However my favorite is her Red Riding Hood, but don’t tell my boys that’s what the pattern is called. They think it’s Darth Maul’s cape. Shhhh.
One of the most simple fall projects I’ve ever created was this simple paper pumpkin.
This year I recreated several smaller pumpkins in whites and kraft paper tones. They are in my living room and not only will they take me right though the Thanksgiving holiday, but I get compliments on them all the time!
By far the MOST POPULAR post on my site is this peppermint hot chocolate recipe. It’s great for cold winter nights and it’s been pinned over 500K times!
My boys love helping to make these fun candy birthday bracelets. They are great for classroom treats and/or party favors.
Angel, thanks so much for letting me stop by to visit.
