Garlic and Mushroom Green Beans are simple enough for a week night speghetti dinner or classy enough for the holiday table.

Ingredients
2-3cupsfresh green beans, washed with ends trimmed
3/4cupssliced mushrooms
2-4tsps. olive oil
2cloveschopped garlic
pinch coarse sea salt(opt)
Instructions
Warm 2 tsps olive oil in a medium saute pan. Saute mushrooms till just turning golden. Remove from pan and set aside. Add 2 tsps. olive oil to pan and garlic. allow garlic to warm up in oil but not brown. Add green beans and saute about 5-7 mins over medium heat until green beans become tender crisp. Toss mushrooms back into pan just long enough to rewarm. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt if desired and serve while hot.
