Please note the above fillings are what I used, but please yourself here. Chocolate-covered mints, Rollos, peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, toffee chips are all possibilities.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the batter ingredients together.
Set batter aside allow to rest 5 minutes
Prepare pan. Using a muffin pan (or squares pan as pictured) line with cupcake liners. Spritz with vegetable oil spray. (cupcake liners are easily pressed into service as square liners.)
Divide dough in half and divide each half evenly into 12 balls (24 total).
Press 12 of the balls into the bottom of cupcake liners.
Sprinkle with fillings, about 1 T. total. (Okay maybe a little more, but you want the dough tops to cover your fillings without spilling out over the tops of the muffin cups.)
Stretch and press remaining balls of brownie dough to fit over fillings and place on top. Fillings should not show.
