Restaurant Style Breadsticks Recipe Tutorial

white bread flour
instant acting yeast
very warm tap water
Italian bread sprinkle
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Soak wooden dowels in water (this is a must or they will burn in the oven).
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the water and soy lecithin.
Dough should be on the sticky side, if it's not add a little more water.
Using dough hook mix for 5 minutes.
Spray work surface with cooking spray, roll out dough to about half an inch thick.
Cut dough into strips that are about and inch and a half wide (a pizza cutter works great for this part).
Take each strip and wrap it around a dowel tightly ( be sure to leave room on the bottom of the stick for holding..
Sit it on a greased cookie sheet.
Brush on butter and sprinkle with Italian bread sprinkle.
Allow to rise for 18 tp 25 minutes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool on baking sheet ( if they don't cool they will fall off the stick)
Display the breadsticks and accept compliments for awesome baking skills.
