Instructions
Mix all ingredients 3-5 minutes on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Bake in 2 greased and floured 8X8 or 9X9 pans at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting: Mix until whipped
