I love this easy to make Christmas apron DIY. It's a great hostess gift and is really simple to make. Great tutorial. Love this idea. You can make a fast, cute gift for the holiday season.

You will need:

Printable iron on transfer paper

Ink Printer

Iron

Apron, or t-shirt

The amazing free printable from FleeceFun.com

Download the image here, steps below:

Please not that this is for personal use only not to be sold or distributed.  Also note that I have mirrored the image for you so there is no need for you to mirror it.  Click on the picture you want to download the pdf!  You can get a free copy of Adobe reader here.

Tip:

Be sure to wash and dry the item you will put the transfer on – don’t use any softener (but do not use detergent).

Free Christmas Printable for Apron Tutorial

Steps:

Find the printable you want (see below), then print according to the directions for the iron transfer paper.

PLEASE NOTE: I have already mirrored/reversed the image for you – so you don’t need to do that.  It can print as is. This is so there are minimal adjustments you have to make to your printer.

Iron the item on according to the directions for the iron transfer paper.

Add any extras you may wish (ribbon rhinestones, etc.)

These make great hostess and last minute gifts.  You can also make several at a time!

Use the Design yourself .pdf to make a personalized apron.  Use the large bird with small birds after to make it specific for a family.  If you look at my apron it has two little girl birds after the momma bird to represent my two girls.  So if for example your friend has two boys and one girl, you can have two blue birds and one pink trailing after the large bird.  Please note that you can’t layer or put iron on material on top of itself – so be sure to cut pieces down to fake a layered look.

This is for personal use only – not for mass duplication or to be sold in whole or in part.
