Step 1 – Print up the printables

Print up the 8×10 printables. Set aside.

Assuming you have already downloaded the required printables, it’s time to get started! Here are a few tips:

  •  Print on heavy duty cardstock for durability. Regular printer paper will work in a pinch, but cardstock will hold up better to daily wear and tear.
  •  If your printable includes personalization, be sure to fill that out before printing. This will save you from having to reprint if you make a mistake.
  •  Use scissors or a paper trimmer to cut straight edges. This will give your printable a professional look.
  •  Once everything is trimmed and ready to go, it’s time to start decorating! You can use markers, colored pencils, stickers, or anything else you can think of to make your printable unique. Be creative and have fun!

Step 2 – Prep the clipboard

Using your ruler and pencil mark very light lines across the clipboard where you desire to have stripes.

I liked using the width of the ruler between stripes.

Step 3 – Add the Washi Tape

Using your stripes as guides apply the washi tape.

Clip on the printable and you’re finished!
