Halloween Dress Up Vest – adding tummies and tails

Recently I shared a free pattern and tutorial for a Halloween Dress Up Vest that can coordinates wonderfully with the Halloween Hat Pack. A number of the hats are animals, and I wanted to share with you today how you can take the basic vest pattern and turn it into a fun animal costume.
I choose to sew up the bunny rabbit. You can find the hat pattern in the Halloween Hat Pack II. My daughter loves the floppy bunny ears, and was thrilled when she saw the little tail.
This short tail works for a bunny, but tails are also available in sizes appropriate for a bear, owl, cat, and dog!
