The warm days of summer mean barbecues and friends coming over to share a meal. I’ve designed this simple quilted table topper that will dress up any table. I am quite new to quilting, but have fallen in love with it and am excited to share this project with you.
It creates a 24″ square table topper, but it is easy to make it larger by just adding a few rows. The piecing isn’t difficult and is a good project to learn how to piece triangles.
It is a quick project to use up those small colourful scraps leftover from other projects. I quilted it with some free motion quilting (another new skill for me!) but you can use straight line quilting if you prefer.
