[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I confess I had absolutely nothing to do with this recipe. apple-pie-cookie-cobbler It’s genius rests entirely with my talented husband who loves to bake and make evil goodies to tempt those of us trying to live a limited sugar lifestyle into a life of delicious sin.  This wonderful dessert takes three concepts:  Apple Pie, Cobbler and Cookies and merges them into one amazing bite.

My father in law who typically doesn’t care for cobbler loves this recipe – personally I think it’s a warm cookie crust that seals the deal, but there are just so many yummy elements to this recipe, it’s hard to be certain.

This recipe uses elements from my mother’s “Baking Outside the Box” Mix system.  The recipes for the mixes are available on her website and I’ll include links to them in the recipe below.  There are several yummy recipes you can make using this free system that you can find on her website and I encourage you to check them out – they are a great time saver![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
