Pumpkin Cookie Butter Dip

I ran across a pumpkin cream cheese dip and a cookie butter cream cheese dip and I thought, why not combine the two! pumpkin-cookie-butter-dipAfter I made the dip, Angel and I looked at each other and realized how similar this tasted to my Pumpkin Cookie Butter Cheesecake! The biggest difference is this takes about 5 minutes to make and the cheesecake takes about 2 1/2 hours. This dip would be a great party favor for a Thanksgiving or Fall Party since you can dip just about anything into it for some delicious pumpkin pie goodness along with that irresistible cookie butter smoothness.

  • 1/2 C . Cookie Butter (Biscoff or Trader Joe's)
  • 2 T . Packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C . Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 tsp . vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp . cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash all spice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remainder and mix until uniform. The mixture should be nice and whipped. Refrigerate or sever immediately. Serve with fresh apple slices, pretzels, biscotti, or small cookies.
