Admittedly where I live we’re having a little cold snap – typical for the crazy springtime in the Rockies. But I know that those wonderful days of warm sun and cool breeze will be here soon. Spring.

Today I’m sharing a new free printable with a cute idea on how to use them. These bright Printable Pinwheels for Spring come with centers that say “spring” , “joy, and “fun”.

In the video that comes with the printable I suggest using it to make a cute gift basket for your kids, but I think it would also be a nice addition to a gardening gift basket also.

YOU WILL NEED:

Please note that the paper you print the printable on will affect the color nicer paper ( i.e. more expensive paper) tends to yield better results.

Scissors
1.75 inch Punch
Hot Glue Gun and Glue sticks
Paper Straws and/or Bamboo Skewers

Cut out pieces and assemble

Please read through all the directions before beginning this craft.

Cut out the squares on the printable. Then punch out the squares.

Along the dashed lines cut slits in to the pinwheel paper.

Using a glue gun take the black dot in the corner and line up with dot in center and glue down.

Take punched out center and glue into center of pinwheel.

Then glue stick to back – enjoy! You’ve completed the Printable Pinwheels for Spring!
