Today I’m offering a great simple game that is fun and you can play anywhere (including the beach). “Don’t eat Pete” is simple enough for little kids to play, but big kids like it to. the premise is simple. You Have a board with a bunch of squares on it. On each square you place an M&M (or skittles or pretzel). One player covers their eyes or looks away from the board and another player selects a square to be “Pete”. Then the player that was looking away begins to select squares and eat pieces until they select the square that was chosen. As soon as they eat the food that was on the square the group yells “Don’t Eat Pete!” and their turn is over. You can grab your free printable board here.
