You can make this no sew heart hair clip. There's a free template and it's a great DIY idea for Valentines day!You will need the following:

Heart No Sew Satin Hair Clip Tutorial

1 – Cut out Pattern

Print up the pattern ( I like to print this pattern on card stock), cut out and trace  hearts onto cloth, cut out cloth.

2 – Burn baby. burn!

Light the candle (be sure to have adult supervision) carefully burn the edges of the fabric – more if you want a vintage look, less if you just want it to be nicely finished. (This takes some practice so be patient, but it all comes together in the end –  mess ups are nearly impossible to see).

The fabric will get hot and can light on fire – be careful ( By the way you do this at your own risk – I’ve singed fingers doing this.)

3 – Stack and arrange the heart

After you have singed all the edges, stack the hearts inside each other .

4  – Glue it all together

Glue each heart to secure (you can also sew them together)

5 – Add some drama

Glue a jewel in the center to cover up the stitches, or just to add some fun drama.

8 – Glue clip to the back

You can either use a circle of felt to help glue on the clip or some ribbon.  You are finished!
