Step 1 – Prep the Love Sign to the Wreath

Start by painting the centers of the wood rounds black. Paint the dowel pink. Allow paint to dry completely.

You should be able to cut the paint stick with your scissors (I’ve even used a PVC cutter on paint sticks and it works great!).
