Here’s the perfect planner to help you map out your time, your shopping needs, and where you are in the process of making handmade gifts. This free printable planner has several different pages so you can keep on top of your handmade holiday and know what gifts your making, who you’re making them for and when they need to be done by. I know for me that I do so much better with managing my time when I can see the entire plan and put it into action.
Designed to fit into mini binder that can be purchased at most office supply stores, you can also purchase folders and pockets to hold coupons and receipts.
For printing the planner, you can either print up the entire planner or individual pages. I had mine printed at a print shop. These are designed to be printed on both sides of the paper to save space.
You can purchase the cute mini gold binder that I used here.
The Calendar
To begin I have the title page and two calendar pages for November and December – I’ve kept them blank so you can use them year after year.
Get the calendar and title pages here.
People
Next is the “People I want to make gifts for” list. Be sure to check it twice!
You can download that list here.
Ideas for Gifts
After that is the “Handmade Projects” this is where you can brainstorm and write down what you want to make.
Shopping Smart
Then the “Shopping List for Materials”, with a place to check off if you have a coupon or if the items is on sale to remind you to be thrifty.
Watch your pennies with this list you can download here.
The Key
And finally the key to the planner the “Handmade Gift Project Checklist”. This is where you can track each project see what materials you have and need and when you need it completed.
Get that important checklist here.
The Whole Planner
You can download the planner in it’s entirety here.

I LOVE this! It will work wonderfully for all my handmade gifts! But, I do wish you also had a generic one for the more mundane, store bought versions of gift giving as well. Just because I LOVE your beautifully crafted one and it would fit alongside in my mini binder! AND you are the only one who has crafted one in this size that I have found, the closest I’ve seen is the diy composition notebook version. Which of course doesn’t fit in my uber cute gold polka dot mini binder from Office Depot!!

Can’t seem to get the Printable Handmade Gift Planner and Organizer. I get a “Page not found” error. Can you direct me to it please? I was browsing this morning and found it. I know it only has Nov and Dec calendar pages, but I like to start EARLY! lol Thanks in advance !
