Snowflake Ornament DIY (free pattern)

This Snowflake Ornament DIY (free pattern) is fun addition to your Christmas Tree. This handmade ornament tutorial walks you through how to make these beautiful snowflake ornaments. The free pdf template has 5 different snowflakes to make.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 colors of wool blend felt (I like to get mine here)
- HTV in white glitter
- EasyPress Mini
- EasyPress mat
- Cricut (or other cutting machine to cut the HTV)
- LightGrip Mat
- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Ribbon (optional)

Putting the Ornament DIY together is easy, not only can these snowflakes work as tree ornaments, but they can also be used in other forms of decorating too.
Snowflake Ornament DIY (free pattern) Instructions:
Step 1 – Cut Out the Free Ornament Template
Decide on which version of the snowflake that you want to make.
You will need the outline and the base.
Cut one of the outline. This is the bottom of the Snowflake Ornament DIY.
Cut one of the snowflake base – this is the section that lays on top of the outline.
From the HTV cut out the pattern that goes with that snowflake ornament design and weed it. Jpegs of each design are included in the download.
Step 2 – Add the HTV to the Snowflake Ornament diy
This is what makes a single snowflake ornament.
Center the HTV on the snowflake base. Take your time to make sure the design is centered.
Using the correct settings for the HTV you’ve chosen, iron on the design to the Snowflake Ornament DIY.
Step 3- Assemble the DIY Ornament Pieces
Center the base on the outline. Using the glue gun, glue the base to the outline.
If desired, make a loop of ribbon and glue it to the back of the Snowflake Ornament DIY for hanging.
